A request, for a part to be sent in advance, may be placed for certain items. The part in question must be returned within 15 days of receiving the Advance Replacement. Once the part has been shipped to you, an invoice will be created. If the part is repairable, then parts and labor costs will be applied to the invoice and a credit shall be given for the cost of the board. If the part is not repairable or the cost of repairs exceed the cost to replace, then no credit shall be given.
