Please Note that is the game owes tickets or is "Banking tickets" the issue will continue even if you fixed the underlying issue until you clear the tickets owed on the game. To do this there is a ticket reset button on the mechanical ticket and coin counter meters om the lower right corner of the bracket (black button). The counters are located in the front player console on the left side of the player cabinet.
